§ 41.020 — Attorney General to defend; appeals
Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 41 Actions· CLAIMS AGAINST STATE FOR SERVICES, ADVANCES AND REFUNDS
The Attorney General shall defend all such actions on the part of the State. The State Controller shall cause to be subpoenaed and examined such witnesses and procure and cause to be introduced such documentary evidence as the State Controller shall deem necessary for the defense. Appeals may be taken in all such actions by the State Controller or the Attorney General in behalf of the State.
