Text

1. The Nevada Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board shall:

(a)At its first meeting and annually thereafter, elect a Chair from among its members.
(b)Meet regularly at least once each calendar quarter and may meet at other times upon the call of the Chair.
(c)Promote programs and facilities for the safe use of bicycles and pedestrian safety in this State.
(d)Advise appropriate agencies of the State on policies, programs and facilities for the safe use of bicycles and pedestrian safety. 2. The Advisory Board may apply for any available grants and accept and use any gifts, grants or donations to aid the Advisory Board in carrying out its duties. 3. The Department shall provide secretarial services to the Advisory Board.
