1. The Department shall prepare and make available for public inspection a report of its projects for the construction and maintenance of highways. The report must include:

(a)A description of the Department’s work in progress and its proposed projects;

(b)The cost of each project, including the anticipated cost for:

(1)The acquisition of rights-of-way;

(2)Design and engineering; and

(3)Construction; and

(c)The estimated starting dates for each project and the components of each project. 2. The report must be revised every 6 months to indicate any change in the cost of a project or the component of a project, and any change in the starting or completion date of a project. 3. The Department shall make the report available for public inspection at its office during normal business hour
