The Genoa fort and stockade and the land upon which it is located, in Douglas County, Nevada, is designated as Mormon Station Historical State Monument and is placed under the jurisdiction of the Division as a state park, when it is determined by the Administrator that title to the land occupied by the Genoa fort and stockade is in the State of Nevada.
