Text

1.The Account for Maintenance of State Park Facilities and Grounds is hereby created in the State General Fund. The interest and income earned on the money in the Account, after deducting any applicable charges, must be credited to the Account. The money in the Account does not lapse to the State General Fund at the end of any fiscal year.
2.The Administrator, with the approval of the Director, may expend the money which represents the principal of the Account and the interest and income earned on the money which represents the principal of the Account to repair and maintain state park facilities and grounds. The Administrator may expend the money which represents the principal of the Account and the interest and income in the Account or allow it to accrue until a sufficient amount is av
