Text
1.No bridge shall be constructed or repaired except on the order of the board of county commissioners, or unless a petition is filed as provided in NRS 403.610 .
2.In entering into a contract for the construction or repair of a bridge, the board of county commissioners shall comply with NRS 403.610 .
