§ 40.220 — Entry to be made only when legal and in peaceable manner

PROPERTY, RECREATIONAL VEHICLE OR MOBILE HOME
No entry shall be made upon or into any real property or other possessions but in cases where entry is given by law; and in such cases, only in a peaceable manner, not with strong hand nor with multitude of people.
