§ 4.376 — “Residential confinement” defined

Nevada·Title 1 STATE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT·Ch. 4 Justice· RESIDENTIAL CONFINEMENT
As used in NRS 4.376 to 4.3766, inclusive, “residential confinement” means the confinement of a person convicted of a misdemeanor to the person’s place of residence under the terms and conditions established by the sentencing court.
