§ 4.360 — Denomination of court; court always open; where held

Nevada·Title 1 STATE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT·Ch. 4 Justice· GENERAL PROVISIONS
The courts held by justices of the peace are denominated justice courts. Justice courts have no terms and must always be open. Except as otherwise provided in subsections 3 and 5 of NRS 1.050, justice courts must be held in their respective townships.
