Text

Any money received by the Board of Regents on behalf of the Desert Research Institute pursuant to NRS 396.7952, may be deposited by the Board of Regents to the credit of the Desert Research Institute in one or more state or national banks or credit unions in the State of Nevada. Such deposits may be either time deposits or on open account subject to check without notice. The Board of Regents may act through any authorized agent or agents in depositing or withdrawing any money in such accounts.
