Text

1. The genetics program must include a geneticist and a cytogeneticist and such other personnel as determined by the Board of Regents and the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services. 2. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3:

(a)The clinical services provided by the genetics program must be supervised by a geneticist who is certified or eligible to be certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics and who is a physician licensed in this State.
(b)A cytogeneticist employed by the genetics program must be certified or eligible to be certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics and:
(1)Be a licensed physician; or
(2)Have a degree of doctor of philosophy in a medical or biological science from an accredited college or univer
