Text

1. Any person residing in Nevada is eligible for services through the genetics program. A person must not be denied services through the genetics program because of his or her inability to pay for the services. 2. A determination of ability to pay must be based on the following factors:

(a)Resources of the person, including hospital and medical insurance;
(b)Other available sources of payment, including any governmental aid for medically indigent persons;
(c)Estimated cost of care;
(d)Length of treatment;
(e)Household size in relation to income; and
(f)Debts and obligations.
