Text

It is unlawful for any person:

1.To operate or claim to operate a postsecondary educational institution which is required to be licensed by the Commission, unless the institution has a currently valid license to operate.
2.To act as or perform the services of an agent in this state, unless he or she is a natural person and has a currently valid permit.
3.To offer, as or through an agent, enrollment or instruction in, or the granting of educational credentials from, a postsecondary educational institution which is required to be licensed by the Commission, whether the institution is within or outside this state, unless the agent is a natural person and has a currently valid permit, except that the Commission may adopt regulations to permit public information to be provided without a perm
