1. The fees imposed pursuant to this section must be collected by the Administrator and deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the State General Fund, and no fees so collected are subject to refund. 2. The fees are:

(a)For a new license.............................................................................................. $2,000
(b)For an application by an unlicensed out-of-state educational institution to employ agents in this state or offer experiential courses......................................................................................................... 1,500
(c)For a change of ownership................................................................................ 1,000
(d)For approval of an alcohol awareness program......................................
