Text

It is unlawful for any person, alone or in concert with others, to:

1.Operate in this State an elementary or secondary educational institution not exempted from the provisions of the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act, unless the institution has a currently valid license to operate.
2.Offer, as or through an agent, enrollment or instruction in, or educational credentials from, an elementary or secondary educational institution not exempted from the provisions of the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act, whether the institution is within or outside this State, unless the agent is a natural person and has a currently valid agent’s permit, except that the Board may adopt regulations to permit a person to disseminate legitimate public informa
