Text

Any person aggrieved by the denial or revocation of a license to operate or an agent’s permit, or the placement of conditions on the license to operate or agent’s permit, is entitled to a hearing before the Board if the aggrieved person submits a written request for a hearing within 10 days from receipt of the letter of denial, revocation or placement of conditions. If no request is submitted within the prescribed period the decision of the Board is final.
