Text
1.Each person desiring to solicit or perform the services of an agent in this State must apply to the Superintendent upon forms provided by the Department. The application must include the social security number of the applicant, be accompanied by evidence of the good reputation and character of the applicant, in a form prescribed by the Superintendent, and state the institution which the applicant intends to represent. An agent representing more than one institution must obtain a separate agent’s permit for each institution represented, except that if an agent represents institutions having a common ownership, only one agent’s permit is required with respect to the institutions.
