Text

The Superintendent may:

1.Request from any other department, division, board, bureau, commission or other agency of the State, and the latter agency shall provide, any information which it possesses that will enable the Superintendent to exercise properly his or her powers and perform his or her duties under the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act.
2.With the approval of the Board, negotiate and enter into interstate reciprocity agreements with similar agencies in other states, if in the judgment of the Superintendent such agreements are or will be helpful in effectuating the purposes of the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act, but nothing contained in any such reciprocity agreement may limit the powers, duties and responsibilities of the
