Text

Whenever the State Board of Health or a local board of health determines that there is a dangerous contagious disease in a private school attended by a child for whom exemption from immunization is claimed pursuant to the provisions of NRS 394.193 or 394.194, the governing body of such private school shall require either that the child:

1.Be immunized; or
2.Remain outside the school environment and the local health officer be notified.
