Text
A parent or guardian who has legal custody of a child may petition the appropriate district court for an order directing the principal or other person in charge of a private elementary or secondary school in this state to admit the child to that school under a name other than the name which appears in the identifying document or records required by subsection 1 of NRS 394.145. The court shall issue the order if it determines that to do so would be in the best interests of the child.
