Text
All moneys received by a school district from exchanges of real property as provided in subsection 3 of NRS 393.328 shall be deposited forthwith with the county treasurer to be credited to the school district fund, unless the board of trustees of such county school district has elected to establish and administer a separate account under NRS 354.603 for the school district fund, in which case such moneys shall be placed in such separate account.
