Text

The board of trustees may:

1.At the session held pursuant to the provisions of NRS 393.270 ; or

2.At any public meeting held by the board of trustees pursuant to the provisions of NRS 393.247 , Ê if it deems such an action to be for the best public interest, reject any bid, and withdraw the property from sale or lease.
