In any proceeding resulting from a report made or action taken pursuant to the provisions of NRS 392.303 or 392.305 or in any proceeding where the report or the contents thereof is sought to be introduced in evidence, the report or contents or any other fact or facts related thereto or to the condition of the child who is the subject of the report must not be excluded on the ground that the matter would otherwise be privileged against disclosure under chapter 49 of NRS.
