Text
Every school district in the State shall submit, for approval by the state agency, as that term is defined in NRS 287.130, its plan for extending the benefits of Title II of the Social Security Act to licensed public school teachers in the position of substitute teachers, immediately upon receiving a request for such coverage pursuant to the provisions of NRS 287.190.
