Text

1.Upon compliance with all applicable federal laws, regulations and internal policies or programs of a federal agency or department, the board of trustees of a school district or the governing body of a charter school may employ a person who has the legal right to work in the United States pursuant to any such federal law, regulation or internal policy or program of a federal agency or department if the person holds a license issued by the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
