Text
If the Department enters into a contract with a person or entity to score the results of an examination that is administered to pupils pursuant to NRS 390.105 or the college and career readiness assessment administered pursuant to NRS 390.610, and the contract sets forth penalties or sanctions in the event that the person or entity fails to deliver the scored results to a school district or charter school on a timely basis, the Department shall ensure that any such penalties or sanctions are fully enforced.
