Text

1. No school official may use the provisions of NRS 390.350 to 390.430 , inclusive, to harass another school official. 2. A person who willfully discloses untruthful information concerning irregularities in testing administration or testing security:

(a)Is guilty of a misdemeanor; and
(b)Is subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
