§ 39.635 — “Partition by sale” defined

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 39 Partition· HEIRS PROPERTY (UNIFORM ACT)
“Partition by sale” means a court-ordered sale of the entire heirs property, whether by auction, sealed bids or open-market sale conducted under NRS 39.690.
