1.Each school district and charter school shall and a university school for profoundly gifted pupils may establish a program for dual credit, or partner with another school district or charter school that has already established a program for dual credit, whereby pupils enrolled in the school district or charter school may enroll in a dual credit course at a community college, state college or university that has been approved for dual credit pursuant to NRS 389.160 . A school district, charter school or university school for profoundly gifted pupils may enter into cooperative agreements with one or more institutions of higher education located in another state and accredited by a regional accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education to offer dual credit cour
