1. A charter school shall not employ a person pursuant to NRS 388A.518 or 388A.521 if the person’s license to teach or provide other educational services has been revoked or suspended in this State or another state. 2. A charter school shall annually, on or before the date prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction, submit to the Department, in a format prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction, the following information for each person who is licensed pursuant to chapter 391 of NRS and who is employed by the governing body during that year:
