Text
On or before December 15 of each odd-numbered year, the sponsor of a charter school must submit a report describing any actions the sponsor of the charter school has taken pursuant to NRS 388A.330 to the Joint Interim Standing Committee on Education if:
1.The charter school has received, within each of the immediately preceding 3 consecutive school years, one of the two lowest ratings of performance pursuant to the statewide system of accountability for public schools; and
