Text

1. The Department and the board of trustees of a school district shall:

(a)Upon request, provide information to the general public concerning the formation and operation of charter schools; and
(b)Maintain a list available for public inspection that describes the location of each charter school. 2. If the Department prescribes a process for charter schools to report certain information, the Department may request the identified information regardless if that information is required to be submitted by charter schools pursuant to a specific statute. Upon such a request, a charter school shall provide the information if the Department includes a detailed description of the requested information and the mechanism by which the Department will pay or reimburse the charter school for the reques
