The Division of Emergency Management of the Office of the Military: 1. Shall prepare a report regarding the extent to which:

(a)The board of trustees of each school district, governing body of a charter school and each public school has complied with the provisions of NRS 388.243 and 388.245 ; and

(b)Each private school has complied with the provisions of NRS 394.1687 and 394.1688 ; 2. Shall, on or before January 1 of each year, submit the report prepared pursuant to subsection 1 to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Legislature or, if the Legislature is not in session, to the Joint Interim Standing Committee on Education; and 3. May conduct on a random basis audits of any plan submitted pursuant to NRS 388.243 and 388.245 .
