Text

1. A school official shall not directly or indirectly interfere with or prevent the disclosure of information concerning a violation of NRS 388.135 . 2. As used in this section, “school official” means:

(a)A member of a governing body; or
(b)A licensed or unlicensed employee of a school district or school.
