Text

The board of trustees of each county school district shall pay all moneys received by it for school purposes into the county treasury at the end of each month to be placed to the credit of the county school district fund or the county school district buildings and sites fund as provided for in this chapter, except when the board of trustees of a county school district has elected to establish and administer a separate account under the provisions of NRS 354.603.
