The Nevada Historical Society shall preserve as is deemed appropriate all old and obsolete property and obsolete and noncurrent public records presented to it by the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator from the archives and records of the Division of State Library, Archives and Public Records of the Department of Administration.
