Text

The Division of State Parks of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and personnel thereof, the sheriffs in their respective counties, the Nevada Highway Patrol, and all other peace officers shall be charged with the enforcement of NRS 381.195 to 381.227, inclusive. Those persons charged with the enforcement of NRS 381.195 to 381.227, inclusive, may, within their established jurisdiction:

1.At any time, examine the permit of any person claiming privileges granted under NRS 381.197 and may fully examine all work done under the permit; and
2.Examine the permit of a person claiming privileges under a permit issued pursuant to NRS 381.196 in the manner set forth in the regulations adopted pursuant to that section.
