§ 38.530 — Obligations and standards of professional responsibility and mandatory reporting not affected
Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 38 Mediation· COLLABORATIVE LAW (UNIFORM ACT)
The provisions of NRS 38.400 to 38.575, inclusive, do not affect:
1.The professional responsibility obligations and standards applicable to a lawyer or other licensed professional; or
2.The obligation of a person to report abuse or neglect, abandonment or exploitation of a child or adult under the laws of this State.
