§ 38.455 — “Proceeding” defined
Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 38 Mediation· COLLABORATIVE LAW (UNIFORM ACT)
“Proceeding” means:
1.A judicial, administrative, arbitral or other adjudicative process before a tribunal, including related prehearing and posthearing motions, conferences and discovery; or
2.A legislative hearing or similar process.
