Text
Whenever a constitutional officer or former constitutional officer has deposited records relating to the office, other than public records, in the Division upon a condition that access to the records be restricted until the end of a specified period, the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator shall maintain the restrictions as prescribed in the agreement, but no such restrictions may validly extend more than 25 years after the creation of the records.
