Text
The Department shall adopt regulations establishing a procedure for the suspension and revocation of any license issued pursuant to NRS 370.531 to 370.597, inclusive. In adopting the regulations required by this section, the Department shall consider the effect of any suspension or revocation of a license on the inventory of cigarettes or other tobacco products that are in the stream of distribution at the time of suspension or revocation.
