Text

1. A person shall not engage in business as a wholesale dealer of cigarettes, a wholesale dealer of other tobacco products or a tobacco retail dealer in this State unless that person first secures a license to engage in that activity from the Department. 2. A person shall not engage in business as a cigarette vending machine operator in this State unless that person first secures a license to engage in that activity from the Department. 3. A person shall not engage in business as a logistics company unless that person first secures a license to engage in that activity from the Department. 4. A person shall not operate a warehouse or distribution center unless that person first secures a license to engage in that activity from the Department. 5. A manufacturer shall not:

(a)Sell any cigare
