Text
All persons obtaining liquor under any license or permit and all retail liquor dealers shall preserve for inspection and audit by the Department and its agents, for a period of 4 years, all invoices and lists of liquors purchased or received, specifying:
1.Kind and quantity of liquor.
2.Names of persons from whom received.
3.Place and date.
