Text
Upon a subsequent written recommendation of the board of county commissioners or the governing body of a city, as applicable, setting forth that the licensee has shown proper cause in the opinion of the board of county commissioners or the governing body, as applicable, the Department may renew any license cancelled as provided in this chapter.
