Text

The Department may exercise the specific powers enumerated in this chapter and, except as otherwise provided by law, may exercise general supervision and control over the entire revenue system of the State including the administration of the provisions of chapter 397, Statutes of Nevada 1955, as amended (NRS chapter 372).
