Text
The State Controller is not required to draw a warrant to refund an overpayment of a debt which is paid to the State Controller if the amount of the overpayment is less than $10, unless the debtor, not later than 1 year after the date of the overpayment, submits a written request to the State Controller for payment of the refund.
