The Board shall: 1. Prepare an annual report setting forth in appropriate detail an accounting of the Trust Fund and a description of the financial condition of the Trust Fund at the close of each fiscal year, including, without limitation, a statement of projected receipts, disbursements and operating costs of the Trust Fund. 2. Submit the report prepared pursuant to subsection 1 on or before March 31 of each year:

(a)In odd-numbered years, to the Governor, the Senate Standing Committee on Finance and the Assembly Standing Committee on Ways and Means.

(b)In even-numbered years, to the Governor and the Interim Finance Committee.
