Text
If a public hearing is required in connection with a grant from the Federal Government to a state agency, commission or department, the agency, commission or department may:
1.Request that the hearing be included as an item on the agenda of a meeting of the Interim Finance Committee; or
2.Conduct the hearing in accordance with chapter 241 of NRS.
