Text
Bonds and other municipal securities issued hereunder shall be executed in the name of the municipality, shall be signed by the chair of the municipality and by the treasurer, and shall be attested by the clerk; and the bonds or other securities shall be authenticated by the seal of the municipality affixed thereto, unless it has no seal. Any coupons shall be signed by the treasurer. Facsimile signatures may be used on any coupons.
