Text
The Director has all the powers necessary to accomplish the purposes set forth in NRS 349.935 to 349.961, inclusive. These powers must be exercised for the health, safety, convenience, prosperity and welfare of the inhabitants of this state. The State Environmental Commission may adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 349.935 to 349.961, inclusive.
